Mr. McBrien received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Villanova University. After Graduation, Mr. McBrien worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard S. Lowe, former President Judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. McBrien is a former Chairman of the Montgomery County Law Reporter committee and Editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter. Mr. McBrien has extensive trial experience and is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, where he is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Nicholas R. Montalto

Mr. Montalto's undergraduate education is in engineering and science with a B.S. Degree from Brooklyn College in Physics and a M.E. Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He received his J.D. Degree from Temple Law School. Before beginning the practice of law, he was employed by the General Electric Company and was the Director of Technology Marketing for SKF Industries in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, elder law, real estate law, wills, trusts and estates, and technology issues such as trademarks, copyrights and proprietary rights and internet law.
